I honestly think they are racists here. They favor only Spanish people. I came here before with my son and now they saying no kid’s allowed unless I get his hair done. His hair was already done. I made an appointment and everything. This is crazy. It’s okay because last time I came here I think they put a perm in my hair the whole back of my hair fell out. I wouldn’t recommend no black people go here anyway. They don’t make you feel welcomed or accommodate you. One of the customers was looking at me shaking her head no because she know they was wrong. I even asked if he can just sit down in one of the millions of empty chairs so I can get my hair wash n set. They said no. She asked the manager and the manager said something in Spanish and said no. I walked out. Not worth my money honestly.

This place is horrible I wish I can give it zero stars. When the managers aren’t there they make up their own prices.I was in there yesterday to get a perm and wash and set and blow out I got there at 4:30 it’s 745 now They told me since 630 they have two people before me.I couldn’t believe that she had me sitting there and took four people and still did not have the decency to take me. Only then when I said some thing is when she realized that she was wrong but then it was too late they already lost a customer this is every time I go in this place the only time I have a decent experience is if a manager is there or whenever Erica was working there..

I love the service and they wash my hair to squeaky clean ! Funny thing is no one knew I was Dominican and was treated with respect. After one of the washer struggled to communicate I spoke to her in Spanish .I very confused over the racist comments bit however respect others opinions . But I do recommend this salon ⭐️
