They have terrible service there. I bought a lawn mower that was NOT cutting my grass. I called the manager and told him the problem. I asked it they could send someone to my house so that I could get help. He said he couldn't send anyone. . I was told I had to take the lawnmower to their store. I told him I had Nobody to help me take it over there.. He said he was not going to send anyone. I wasn't going to get stuck with a lawnmower that doesn't work I had to put the lawn mower into my car by MYSELF. and take it to the store. When I arrived they had two 2 men unload it. After poking the buttons the blades started to spin I told them it didn't cut the grass. Two men put the mower back into the car. When I got home who had to take the lawnmower out? ME all by MYSELF. I NEVER got the thing to cut my grass . I had to call the managet back and he tolld me to take the receipt back. I finally got my money back. They eventually sent two men to my house to pick it up. Perhaps they should have their FEMALE EMPLOYEES load heavy things on to customers' cars all by themselves. That's what I had to do.

The help that is there look all corporate and they have no idea what they are doing. Especially when you are from a school and they changed everything about your account, and the managers are dumb. The lady that has worked there for over 29 plus years , is the only one with common sense
