That alone might be more costly than just finding a replacement lamp. That would be a best case scenario, they MIGHT find that it is a specialized switch that needs to be ordered, increasing cost. If we are talking about a VALUABLE lamp - Tiffany, Swarovski, crystal, antique, etc. You're going to want a specialized electronic repair person doing this for insurance reasons.
