Recently had a WONDERFUL experience with Phil at Desert RV. Needed to have a fridge replaced QUICKLY before a trip. Initially ordered the wrong fridge so didn't think it would get here in time but found a solution and Phil was flexible and willing to work with us to get it done! EXCELLENT customer service -- in today's climate, that's $$$. Hands down would recommend this place and will continue to use you guys. Thanks Phil!

DO NOT BOTHER WITH THESE UNORGANIZED IDIOTS…Brought my RV in due to a cracked fresh water tank. My vehicle sat in the shop with me waiting for 2 hours before any work was done. Waited an additional hour while they took lunch. 3 hours labor for nothing. They damaged the undercarriage metal housing and the interior bench seat removing the water tank. I asked them to locate a new one and never heard back. Wasted time and money.

Desert RV service saved my life. The awning on my Motorhome decided to fly over the top. Amilio took care of me with above and beyond customer service. My awning is off and he repaired my ladder. If you need repairs done, come here
