Dr. Lindiwee-yaa Randall-Hayes has terrible bedside manner she comes in for 2 minutes and then decides to orde all these meds for an infant without even coming back to check on the patient her nurse was in equipped to do the bare minimum of her job the registrar with the blond locs was unprofessional yelling at patients while being registered she was speaking very rudely and harshly to all patients never coming back here I would literally rather pass out first before coming here for service

I hate this place but my family members keep getting admitted here because it’s the closest hospital. Today they stole my aunt’s wallet. The emergency room staff said they didn’t have it and the 4th floor staff said they didn’t have it, but It was listed as an item in the system when she was admitted, but “coincidentally” nobody could find it. When I talked to the director of the 4th floor, she yelled at me and my aunt saying “just file a report”. She was SO rude and dismissive, and she wasn’t ashamed at all. So, if you go to this hospital, KEEP YOUR THINGS BY YOUR SIDE. Now we have to hope no one tries to take her identity and we have to file a police report… on a hospital 😩🤦🏾♀️. How sad is that? Someone came to the hospital for help and they’re robbed. Not to mention the bill we’re going to have to pay to a hospital that stole from us. Do not recommend, very ghetto.

Hello--here are lab hours at West Sub. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 7 am – 5 pm (last patient must arrive by 4:45 pm) Wednesday: 7 am – 7 pm (last patient must arrive by 6:45 pm) Saturday: 8 am – 12 pm (last patient must arrive by 11:45 am)

Yes he could stay. Yes as long as the baby do not have medical problems after delivery. The parents of the child is allowed into the nursery as well.

Some do some don't. I left pretty mad at some staff member and others were. Good helpfull would I go back no. But is not. A bad hospital at all is pretty big

Yes. All of the parking is free. You enter off of Austin Ave by turning on Erie court. Main lobby is located 3 Erie court where there is garage parking or walk up parking.
I wouldn't suggest volunteering here. Try rush oak park.
Pavilion is the doctor office building when you enter through the main lobby. When you enter lobby there is a information desk where they will direct you.
