These guys are AWESOME! Every staff member is eager to help. I had an issue with my DJI drone. Something I could/should resolve with DJI. I did not know the processes for repair. They walked me though the process even though they did not financially benefit from it. They were very patient and even gracious to help me. I cannot speak highly enough about the entire staff. I did not get anyone's name other than Juan Ayala the Sales Manager. However I spoke to 5 or 6 different people and everyone was incredibly helpful and nice! It is refreshing to walk into a biz where everyone there loves what they do and it shows! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
