This place needs to step it up. Dining room is filthy, it’s warm 78 degrees. They should have someone cleaning. Also flies in here. This puts a bad name for the brand. Other wing stops are clean. Don’t think I will be returning

it took me a few years to patronize this Wingstop again. Due to the horrible food prep I normally drive to Rancho or Beaumont. Well today I decided to give it a chance and was majorly disappointed. The chicken had a spoiled taste saturated in excessive butter/oil lemon pepper sauce when I specifically requested no oil, the fries were lukewarm considering as soon as my order was completed the fries should have been piping hot. When I asked for a refund I was told that I had to wait until Wednesday when the manager returned from vacation???? Wingstop is already pricey for subpar chicken. People patronize these establishments because of convenience not because it's the best so the least wingstop can do is make sure that the food is fresh, hot, packaged with care and give the customer what they would expect if they were the customer. Looking at the current reviews this Wingstop is know for this consistency of bad service and food. I will no longer spend my money here. 🤬🤬🤬🤮🤮🤮

Best wingstop in the area, always enjoy coming here. Service is fast, easy & the employees are always very respectful. Can't wait to come back, hope to see Elexus & Leeji on my next visit.
