My wife called your office and cancelled all of our policies with Mary In plenty of time. We were still billed automatically for each and the policy’s were never cancelled. State Farm corporate was called and they handled it. After40 years with State Farm your office was the worst ever. Hopefully you will get your act together or you will loose more valuable long time customers like us.
