Only thing worse than the quality of clothes is the customer service. Stood in line for 10 minutes while 1 person checked people out and 2 others were behind the counter chatting and folding shorts. Finally left and asked why they weren't checking people out and was told "that's not my job". With that attitude you won't have a job much longer.

I was just shaking with anger! stood in line for an hour to make a return. when my turn came, they said that they could not make a refund, since I had already changed the card, and again, because of their eternal problems, they could not give the gift shop either. the only way out is to find something on the same price and change things. I asked that what if I now leave cashier and take my thing again at the end of the line and stand for another hour? she said at first yes, and then she herself said that I could come up and change without the line, which is why I did not leave right away, but began to trying to find things with same price, as the cashier asked for exactly the amount that I need returned. I come up in 20 minutes and another white guy with a hat is working there. I explain the situation to him, he went to look for the previous girl. the girl did not deign to come up to me, the guy comes back and says that she told me that I will stand at the end of the line! in other words, due to the fact that they cannot make a return by giving a credit or cash, I need to stand at least another hour in the queue I would have gone to my child for a long time, and this guy would have had time to serve two clients, but instead he went to look for her. What can I say? terrible service and for these two I sincerely wish to experience the same service
