Supposedly they close at 6:00pm on Sunday, we arrived at 5:30 and the doors are locked. Knocked on the door the girl came to the door and said we’re closed already, because we have to clean the store, count the till and other stuff🤦🏾♀️. In Washington if a business closes at 6:00pm we will lock the doors after the last customer leaves then clean up and count the till. Maybe change your schedule by half hr. so ppl don’t waist there time to try to make it to your store just to find out that your closed.

Complete night and day difference from boot barn. Texas western has high quality customer service and products. Miguel and his team were phenomenal. He had a short staff that day but was completely on top of it. Boot barn had lots of people just standing around but no one willing to actually help. Will definitely be returning to Texas Western. Great job guys, keep it up!!

Hi James, Yes we are still open, however we are liquidating and closing the stores permanently. We still have an excellent selection and enough stock in the warehouse for several months.
