I wish I could give them negative stars. This is the WORST company I have ever came across and I’m very forgiving in these trying times. They tell you they will come then never show up. Or show up hours later with no heads up, not knock in your door and leave a note like they “missed you”. Their customer service is non existent, and since they have the monopoly of the area there is no other option that’s why they are still on business. I can’t wait to move out of my apartment so I don’t have to deal with this gas company ever again.

Considering the horrible reviews I read online, I was expecting the worst, so I have been pleasantly surprised so far with my experience with Teco. Scheduling my appointment online was easy and they were quick to respond to my emails and I was able to get an appointment soon after. The technician who visited my apartment was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, however he was about 15 minutes late (understandable, with traffic the way it is). I hope the good service continues!

With tech on the rise and new businesses taking over, miami is becoming the new silicon valley thanks to Desantis. Many wealthy and start up business owners are taking their talents to the sunshine state causing Grandpa's old school (no competition) companies go out of business. Atlantic Broadband finally eliminated. Teco will lose everything the same way they cause their clients to lose a lot of money. Screw the light bill, get an electric stove. Don't allow them to steal your deposit for claiming your credit score is bad. Mine is over 700, yet they still rejected to waive my deposit. Oh, call and ask them questions and they'll be nasty. Must be a bunch of family members who hate their jobs but Papa or Mama not terminating anyone. Also, they ruin my roommate's credit for forgetting to cut off his gas even after he called to cancel the day he moved out. Must pressure them but too many unhappy employees. Man, I wish people were honest and more happy. That scamming mentality should never exist here in the United States.

No they do not. Suppliers of gas, but they can refer you to a gas advantage dealer, who provide what you with.
