Such a dirty, unkempt hotel. Stains on carpets, couches, found body hair on supposedly clean sheets. Informed the hotel staff and their response was “we have been receiving a lot of complaints”. Elevator floor always dirty with spills. Hotel Manager is obviously not listening to the customers. Gross.

Very clean and comfortable, Jennifer the cook was awesome a great host, it was so busy memorial weekend but Jennifer kept the food hot and coming with no complaints. Thanks Jennifer potatoes was my favorite!!!!😍

Positive: The best part about the hotel was the cleanliness and price.. The staff being friendly and hard working. Bedding clean and nice. Henny wings in restaurant attached to hotel! Negative: Temperature of in door swimming pool was the same as mountain run-off water. It was in real need of painting and lots of up keep/touch ups, being cheap and not finishing projects just shows the lack of pride in ownership.

This hotel is starting to look a little worn. And despite what they post about being a 100% smoke-free hotel, there was DEFINITELY someone smoking on the 2nd floor. But it was comfortable enough for a one night stay, and breakfast was good.
