Yes they are rude and lie about when and what you things will arrive to your home and when you get your things, every box i open some was broken or damage I would never ever use them again!!!! I will not recommend them to move my trash to the curb to be pick up, never. Never AGAIN!!!...Istill have not recieved all my household goods....Mad as He$$,.for the money we pay to lose so much!!!

Please check your contract and make sure which company you used! There is a company called A1A Atlantic Movers also located in Miami FL. We at A1A Movers have no contract or information regarding Trudyann Vassel or did we ever have anyone send another company pick up someone else furniture! A1A Movers
