Clean quality new equipment with anything you might want from free weights to machines. 24 hr key card access at a reasonable rate with no contract. Well, I have gone to Max Fitness for a very long time. Jason the owner is kind and helpful, funny, and personable. I have been fit for the last 10 years because of Max fitness. I normally don’t write reviews, but I would like to support small businesses in our community and this business has always been top notch! I have been to so many gyms, but this one is the best! It has a friendly atmosphere and great equipment. Also no scammy contracts.

Silver sneakers is an program that gives you access to many fitness centers and fitness classes around the country and is provided by your medicare advantage plan. You can call medicare customer service to see if you have it available to you. If so, they may be able to give you a list of nearby centers that accept it. They can also give you more information on what all it entails.
