One ranch and one honey mustard for 4 chicken strip baskets that's a joke ....and when called to attention "oh I forgot you had 4 baskets" even though she just handed us our large plastic oversized bag 10 seconds prior ?!?! Update: got a response from the owner and finally decided to give it another try today, 7/9/22 and the exact same thing happened ......gave another chance, and sad to see soon 2 business in town will be run by the same logic and management.

Not worth the ONE star ... complete disappointment, and I'm not the sort to complain.... but this is rediculous..... drive through for food that was laying around long enough to be ICE COLD, not even heat lamp warm.... cheeseburger was beyond cold, it went straight into the trash after 2nd bite, the toppings were nasty AF... a 'ring' of OLD onion, 4 small pickle slices with one having a white appearance and sweet taste 🤔 which is what had me take the bun off to see what could be sweet tasting on a burger 😳...brown lettuce shrapnel and sorry excuse of a tomato slice. Fries -- cold rubber....followed the cheeseburger into the trash. Would be nice to keep this restaurant in business....definitely in need of decent managenent. Needless to say... I wont be back for awhile, if at all.

Third time in a row the order didn't match the receipt, missing items, wrong sauces, up charged for customizations and don't receive them. Once received a cup of mayonnaise instead of pickles. Tried to call for correction and was ignored. Drive through entered the order correctly, read the screen cooks.

This is the rudest Dairy Queen I’ve ever been to. No one smiles and the cashier I had was overweight with jeans on so I assumed she was the manager. The receipt said trish. Surprisingly no survey on the receipt. I wonder why? Probably because they don’t care about your opinion. The woman that waited on us was not friendly and in a bad mood. She acted like we were bothering her because we needed to order. She ground our Blizzards to dust and there wasnt a chunk left. In fact she blew out both cups grinding so hard and then threw a second cup under it. Really? It was a $14 mess. I stop by red bud weekly for business and I doubt I ever go back to this DQ.
