Apartments are very nice and updated, the investor did a fantastic job remodeling them. Property manager is extremely nice and friendly. Lots of parking if you have multiple vehicles, and the parking is off-street. Very quiet place to live as well, never overly-loud during the nighttime and the traffic is very light running in front of the complex.
