With the pre-approval process, it made my auto buying process easy, as long as the participating dealership knew what to do with the approval letter. I never have a good experience with loans or even my account. Getting help from them is a head ache. Some how I've been banking with them 5 years they offered me a 9% interest rate on my car but advia who I've never been through before only offered 4%. I'm working on switching everything there so this nightmare can be over.
