Nice that CVS pharm promotes healthy boundaries by closing for lunch but there are improvements that need to be made to make the public more aware of why you close everyday from 130-2. Also why are there employees working through lunch? Doesn't that defeat the purpose?

Pharmacy is terrible, waited 20 mins for COVID vaccine. Left because no one came out despite me saying something about the wait. Not about to have them jab up if they can't even stick to a ln appointment schedule. Plenty of cvs around, give this one a miss

The people are rude and unprofessional. I went to the drive thru and a car cut in front of me - it was the pizza guy who then walked up to the window to delivery his pizza while the customer in front of me was getting their prescriptions! No privacy! Then the cashier, instead of asking me if I have any questions for the Pharmacist says in a very condescending way " I don't have to tell you you better not miss a dose." You are not my doctor. You telling me how to take my medicine is practicing medicine without a license. I don't think the person was even a pharmacist or a tech, as they were not wearing a name tag - just the cashier overstepping their bounds and deciding they should give medical advice. My wife went the next day - was waited on by the same person and came back furious about how poorly she was treated. I reported it to CVS. Their only response was we apologize - not we will bring it up to the manager, and address the problem, either by training or other means - in other words they don't really care, I have reported the incident, which I believe was discriminatory to the state licensing board and my insurance carrier. Unfortunately my insurance requires me to use CVS - something I plan to campaign against on my behalf and my 400,000 co-workers who are also forced to use them. This was the CVS Pharmacy at 2870 Moreland Road, Willow Grove , Pennsylvania
