Bad customer service ever I received from associate named Kaur.she has no sense how to talk to customers, I don't know how these kind of employees are working at UPS and ruining UPS's reputation.I am not going back over there and will not recommend anyone to take any service from that lady.i will say thanks to the manager who took over the matter in his hand and solved the problem.

I am a regular customer of this location. The Staff is friendly, helpful, & patient. The store is always well stocked with shipping supplies and nice and clean. I never have to wait in a long line! My packages arrive on time - every time!
