Fo to ur local Walgreens r CVS and take a passport photo e if ur short on money stand in front of a white wall and just have someone take a headshot for u as far as the fingerprinting go to ur local police dept and do a live fingerprinting electronically it goes directly to the D.O.A.

Hi no. They send the renewal 4 months before. What you can do is pay on the website and print the receipt page and you can go whenever you want. Remember 85.50 if you no longer have a license.
