I came in last Friday to test drive a 2022 CT5-V and get my trade in information. My wife then came an hour later to test drive a 2022 XT5 and get her trade in information. Paul was fantastic and we had plans to go to Delray BMW afterwards, but she loved the SUV so much that she said we don't even need to go. She was sold! We went out for a bite and waited on Paul's quotes on both vehicles. We received them and were very much caught off guard on my CT5-V there was an additional $5899.00 "Delray Beach Appearance Package" added and on my wife's XT5 and additional $3899.00. Never was this discussed or mentioned. I spent a couple good hours with Paul and him knowing that I've been in sales and operations for the last 25 plus years, I don't believe he exercised great judgment with this additional fee. When I called him to ask what the fees were, he said due to COVID and demand we are marking up all vehicles. I found this hysterical as not one other dealership is doing that, including Cadillac in West Palm. Why on earth would I pay above asking price for a vehicle? Why on earth would that not be mentioned during our time together? When I went to Cadillac in West Palm, they love the fact that you do this, because they get all of your upset customers that you do this to. So, to sum this up, you had two new vehicles sold if you just practiced good business, instead of trying to con real buyers. I do like giving feedback whether it be a good or bad experience. The only way to get better is by hearing honest examples of good or poor service. In this case, it was poor, very poor.

Even though I did not buy a vehicle from them, my experience with Sue in the internet sales department and Allan in sales was great. The info they provided and the sales interaction was one of the best I have had recently and unfortunately I have had a lot lately. So many dealers out there taking advantage or people and being dishonest. These guys were straight with me from the start and all the way into the deal. In the end we couldn't make it happen but I am happy to write the review because their service during the process was great and better than most that I have experienced in South Florida.

We had ordered a 2022 cadillac escalade sports platinum on july 20th 2021, and the truck came in on july 9th 2022 at Ed morse Cadillac in delray. I had a phone call to come in and look at the truck and the truck hadn’t even had tires or anything and so we waited 2 days and no one called us or anything so we called them and went back to get the truck and when we came in we were making a deal and while we were making the deal, Eddy the general manager came in and said “oh we just sold it.” He has no sense or patience or respect and just sold the vehicle that we were making a deal on to someone else and acted as if it wasn’t even a big deal. This was unprofessional. He had already known that we were coming in and making a deal, he had even shook our hand and greeted us. He continued to sell it to another person without even being considerate. We had come out of our way for this to happen to us.
