Yesterday was my first time visiting this store after receiving a compelling review by a friend of mine. I purchased about 60-70 clothing items for my 16 month old for about $250. The clothing looks brand new and most are name brand! I was very skeptical since most of the items in their store are used clothes. I ended up washing all of the clothes when I got home just to be on the safe side. Also, I received (4) $10 off coupons after my purchase, so I will definitely be returning real soon! The staff were very professional & made me feel at home! One thing I’d say is the shoes/sneakers section could be organized a bit better. I would not buy shoes for my child here because most of their shoes were obviously worn, has dirt on the bottom of them & also is a bit dirty on the insides. Other than that, everything else is awesome!

This new work force - one word- Terrible! Thought it was just me and my experience/but nope ... as I was leaving the store, the lady that was behind me in line - shared her experience...stating the young girls that work behind the counter were very rude unprofessional and seemed as if they did not like their job. Not sure what has happened but it seems most of these places are just hiring anyone and ignoring the fact that some of these people have truly no true understanding or care about the CUSTOMER they are SERVICING. Today me and my new friend agreed definitely our last visit at this location. Do better!

They have a selection of everything. They have outfits/sets, single Onsies, sleepers, costumes, holiday outfits, and more. Also bins of shoes. They usually have great sales on individual Onsies, like 10 for $10. Just examine the clothes (They claim they don't but stuff w stains but I've purchased before and found big ones), and make sure to wash everything, even new w tags bc they do not wash the clothes before they put them out. I will not sell to them again but I'll def buy there soon.
They take some maternity clothes, but limited it seems.
Thanks for asking, we follow the state guidance and restrictions for retail stores to operate so that of course includes things like mask requirements, social distancing, availability of hand sanitizer, frequent cleanings and physical barriers at checkout
They always take the season that you are in. If you try to sell out of season they will take waaaay less from you. Also, if you are within a month of the next season that is the best time as they are definitely resupply ing that stock before it hits.

Yes it is geared more towards the toddler's but there is a store right next store that sells 2nd hand clothing for older children & teens. I think it is called Plato's Closet
No, they do not purchase bottles/feeding items, baby bath tubs unless they are new in packaging or potty chairs due to sanitary reasons.
Yes. They have to be clean, a newer item (made in the past few years), and no pet/smoke issues.
Yes, they have them up to 24 months. They have bins of them near the restrooms.
