If I could rate zero I would. Absolutely terrible customer service. They give you information that is incorrect just to lure you into their shop with their lies. I would never go back and would recommend the same for any decent human being that is professional, serious, wants to be treated with respect and don’t have time to waste.

They have helped create and produce most of our favorite family jewelry, from engagement rings, wedding bands, to custom pieces from loose stones-semi precious to beautiful diamonds. The pieces are beautiful and the staff is always happy clean them up when we visit. We have also, over the years purchased many quality items from them.
