Yes it depends entirely on your design. However he is far cheaper than other shops, oftentimes half the price. He also has a special going at all times for a palm sized tattoo of an anchor of your choice for 35$. He also does a special for the "Glory Hole". You pick a body part, pay 60$. He puts a nice quality tattoo that he thinks suits you, youre blindfolded until the end. Nothing vulgar or off color. Just a nice tattoo that he chooses.
