Stayed here because I travel for work. Didn’t sleep at all because I found BED BUGS in the room. Reported it to the front desk in the morning and he said he would tell management.

Positive: Room was spacious and clean. Negative: Didn¿t like that there was no elevator. Also, only given three towels for a family with kids.

I literally checked in at 11pm at night. The hotel is 2 levels and doesn't have an elevator. I booked my stay on priceline.com which was nonrefundable, so although health wise I am not suppose to climb stairs i had to. When i got to the room it was AWFUL. The beds literally had springs stabbing you in the back the entire time. The heat took until about 3 this morning to warm the room up right and the hallways were fridgid. The carpets in the hotel floors are all stained terribly. The shower water is on backward. You have to track down someone at front desk every time you need anything by paging a cordless phone. I recommend you driving another 25 miles to another hotel of another choice.
