Small place, good rate. They have laundry. Near everything. City place less then a mile. They have wifi but not very good. Load to much or range is to far. But lots of free tv channels.

The price is right!!! tenants are long term only, so most everyone is here for work reasons. great people for neighbors. Everyone was quiet and respectful. great management. I had zero issues. No frills RV Park. only amenities are laundry and dumpsters for your trash. Great location, 10 minutes to the beach, 5 minutes to WaWa and 7-11, 10 minutes to the airport and Wal Mart. Minutes from I 95.

Overpriced and the owner is very rude. Nothing special about it other than it being 2 ish miles from the beach.

They only have long term parking if they have any I couldn't get a spot I tried it's manly a palace wear campers stay for years never move but it is nice
Monthly not permanent they chicken hawk you on trash and everything... including getting a mailbox key and charge you whatever for electricity. And it's about $10 to do a single load of laundry...dryers suck

Varies, by size. We pay $675 a month internet included, but I have 32 foot RV. I know they have a couple popups on property so your caravan shouldn't be a problem. Some pay as low as $575. You would need to call.
