The line is very very long here. I spent about 45 minutes in the drive through. It doesn't catch you by surprise either. If the line is coming out to the street, expect the same. The food was made fresh and tasted that way. If you don't mind waiting, this in n out is good on quality

For all the hype, as a first-timer, not at all what it was cracked up to be.... kinda disappointed. Fries were cardboard textured with little, to no, flavor. Good service though for a line of 50 people confused palettes....

As you would imagine the drive thru line was almost wrapped around out to the street. We parked and went inside to be greeted by friend staff. Our food was ready fairly quick being we ordered "animal style"

This is disgusting.. my daughter had a couple of bites of her burger and found this. We love In-N-Out and have never experience this. I understand sometimes hair falls in food but this is ridiculous it’s more than one strand and I feel it was purposely put in the burger.
