Have Master contract for years. Broiler coil needed to be replaced in oven. March of 2022 the nightmare began. First they sent out someone who knew nothing. When I called in again they said case closed. They sent another guy out, he submitted the findings. Need replacement broiler coil. Unit is old no one can find the piece. This continues through March, April, May, June, July and now into August. Each time I call in they send another service person out even though they are aware the repair piece isn’t available and per contract they MUST replace the stove. Last person I spoke with said I would get a response within 24 hours. It’s been 3 weeks and still no call. They make promises they do not keep. Let this be a warning to all DO NOT BUY appliances through Sears and DO NOT BUY the JOKE of a master contract. They lie to get you off the phone and then do NOTHING! This has been the WORST consumer experience I have ever had. Why 1 star? At least the last service guy they sent out was legitimate. He was powerless to do anything except submit findings. So I blame his boss and everyone above. All sheisters.

He was the best. Did a difficult job effortlessly and efficiently. He also explained what I should do to better maintain my lawn tractor for many more years of service. When done the tractor performed like new again being over 12 years old already.

Very professional. The extended warranty company first sent out a "trunk slammer". You know, one who works out of their parents basement, drives an unmarked personal vehicle, has no parts, asks for the owners manual, and then leaves after calling a friend for failed repair advice. SEARS came through with the parts and knowledge to get the job done! Thank you.
