Would not even give this store 1 star. But unfortunately had to in order to write this. My husband purchased an enhancer to go with my solitaire (which is from another store). The enhancer from Kay has had loose stones and stones fall out multiple times. On one occasion when I went for my inspection they did not even notice the stone was missing and I was the one to point it out. After the same stone had fallen out multiple times I had stated to the store manager, Jill that the entire ring needed to be replaced. She refused to do it. I called corporate and it was not an issue. Jill just wanted to give me the run around and make it more difficult for me which is disgusting since she is the one managing this store.it has now been a few years since the ring was replaced and I took it in for an inspection today and the girl in the store was attempting to inspect it without the use of the microscope and I called her out on it. Well now I have another loose stone. They are unwilling to do anything to help me get rid of this ring. In order to get something else they want me to spend double of what my current ring originally cost. Absolutely disgusting company that can’t stand by what they sell their customers. STAY FAR AWAY!!!!

Very disturbed what I just learned, my husband purchased a .94 carat diamond single earring for $2500 we were told we could trade up or sell, however we instead went to our local jeweler to sell instead we were informed the diamond was a zirconia!!!!!! I am so disgusted I've heard that Kay jewelers has been accused of this before I never believed it until it happened to us ,shame on thee COE

My husb and I had a wonderful experience at this location. The Asst Manager, Joe, was really helpful. I told him what I had in mind and he took the time to allow me to try on quite a few different pieces, all while making us and our daughter laugh. He made sure we were happy with what we chose, didn’t force the warranty on us and checkout was quick and easy. Great guy, great experience, great location!
