Visited this office earlier this year. The staff was very kind. The care I obtained was on par. Emily is very knowledgeable & prescribed a treatment that has been working, thank GOD! Went here for service in 2019. They sent a bill, we immediately paid it and thought we were done. More than 2 years later (when you or the banks customer service can’t see your bank statements online and are forced to go to the bank) they sent us to collections! I immediately called them and said, if we owed money, how come you never sent another bill, or contact us?! The lady in the billing department said they sent us three notices and called us multiple times. I asked, did you leave voicemails and she said yeah we have it here in the notes. We know for a fact they’re lying! We never had any missed calls, we never got one piece of mail other than the original bill we paid, and we returned all voice messages we ever received! Had to take off of work to go to the bank to print up the statement and go through many hurdles to get this cleared! Very shady employees with very sketchy business practices! Buyer beware!
