This is the most despicable office I have ever dealt with. I hung up on them and they called back and the receptionist said to me and I qoute "I pray you get what you deserve". The medical board will here about this . Call after call. I am going to a different doctor. I have something that may be serious and an office staff says " I pray you get what you deserve".

My daughter has an extremely terrible experience with this place, she came with twins to do Botox , having previously done an appointment, but receptionist told her that she needs to pay 150$ for consultation, nobody told her about it when she did an appointment, she did Botox many times before in another place and she said she doesn’t need a consultation , doctor was sitting next to receptionist and didn’t say anything, even didn’t try to solve this situation. This is just disgusting, l can’t believe 150$ so important for doctor, who gets hundreds of thousands dollars.

Fantastic doctor and wonderful staff! Dr Kupetsky is so professional and a highly skilled physician! Her staff is so friendly and attentive. I highly recommend the practice for all types of services!

I had seen so many posts in a local Facebook group raving about Wellness Dermatology and Dr. Kupetsky. I was excited to see a new dermatologist and hopefully get some answers about the problem I've been having. However, I am extremely disappointed with the all around experience at Wellness Dermatology. Upon arriving for my appointment at 11am, I was told that they did not have my documents in the system, despite taking the time to complete and submit them the night before. Because of this, I waited for 45 min and wasn't taken into a room until 11:50 (only because I said something). When Dr. Kupetsky finally came in, she was not careful and completely rushed through my skin check. Friends of mine later shared how the skin check they get at their derm includes going through small chunks of hair to check the scalp, looking between toes, measuring moles, etc. Dr. Kupetsky was not thorough at all. Dr. Kupestky then looked at a problem I've been having on my finger and quickly said it was eczema, didn't ask me any questions about anything and said she would give me a cream (It's not eczema, it's an infection but she did not give me the time of day to explain what was going on). Overall, I found my experience at Wellness Dermatology to be very rushed, impersonal, and unprofessional. I will not be returning here.
