They never know what I'm talking about, and their website is almost always down. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Notary gave me someone else's marriage certificate when I went to pick mine up. Best of luck to them on their third marriage each.

I was appointed as my aunt's legal guardian this past July. I just wanted to say that each and every time I contacted the orphan's court staff, they were exceptionally kind and helpful. They answered my questions completely. When I hung up the phone I knew exactly what action I needed to take regarding my question. Becoming a guardian was a very long and stressful process so I really appreciate the help that the Orphan's Court Clerks provided. Thank you very much!

Orphans court always listen to the attorneys, not the family! The attorney can tell all kinds of lies, and the Judge actually believes them! The court appointed guardian is a person who could care less about your loved one, and I seriously doubt if the court ever checks these people(even after many complaints) And if you ever call the courtexpect someone rude!!!!!

Questions & Answers

I'm the Admidnistrator of Estate, for a property where my name is not on the deed, there is a biological hier that has no interest in the property and its going into foreclosure. I would like to assume the previous loan and avoid foreclose.

Unfortunately, we cannot give you legal advice. We suggest that you contact an attorney, not necessarily to represent you, but to give you legal advice as to how you should proceed.

I need a copy of my marriage certificate with a raised seal to apply for Real ID. How do I acquire this marriage certificate?
