They really need some help with training and being consistent. They also need some attitude adjustment. It’s something almost every time I go in there so I won’t be back to this branch unless I absolutely have to go there. New managers are needed and I don’t even think they pay attention in interviews because there is no way only a few people in there can be nice. I feel like that’s just what they want to hire. It’s funny because this is the only branch i’ve had an issue with and i’ve lived/visited several states and used a branch in each.

Please, do yourself a favor and do not waste your time going to this branch. This is the only branch I’ve gone to, so I’m not sure about the others. I can’t tell if it is lack of intelligence and problem solving abilities or poor training, but the representatives here are subpar compared to other banks I have used in the past. If you enjoy being frustrated anytime you have to go into the bank, this place is for you.

I have been a Navy Federal Member for a very long time. I have to say once again I have went into this branch and the customer service is terrible. The desk person and the tellers are very rude and they try to do it in a pleasant way with a smile. This is ridiculous. I had an issue with a transaction being declined but the funds were moved from my account. I go back in to the desk, the young lady says I'll go check with the teller and she explains to me what may have happened. I Understood and said oh ok well yes can you check with the teller. She says... thats what I just said I would do!! Whoa ever is over this branch needs to shut down and gold customer service training going as far as to send a deco in with a issue and verify how the tellers respond to people. UNACCEPTABLE

The people at this branch are not what I would assume Navy Federal would like to have representing their company and brand. My husband and myself went in to pickup & sign paperwork for our new loan and was told that it had already been mailed to our home. I asked for the paperwork to be reprinted in the bank as we drove from 1 hour away to take care of this business! The banker told me “I drive to Nashville all the time“ as if my time was invaluable! From the greeter at the front door to the banker that assisted us...we had an terrible experience. The banker stood in the lobby and discussed our personal banking business out loud instead of professionally calling us back. We were pushed off and disregarded, told that there was nothing they could do! I made a quick call to customer service and within a matter of 5 mins had everything resolved and got the approval to simply reprint the paperwork! I didn’t feel like a valued member at this branch but instead felt like a nuisance! I worked in banking for 3+ years I understand that this isn’t the proper way to handle a customer and I wouldn’t recommend coming into this branch! Navy federal as a company is awesome! I can not say the same for the workers at this branch.
