I was here for 12 days, and it was pretty traumatizing for my first time in this sort of place, nurses were rude, made fun of the patients here and, the food was just terrible, something serious happened during my last few days here and they didn’t even wanna address the situation. They didn’t even respect people’s triggers, it was good on some parts but would I go here again? No. Thank god there was some people here that actually cared, and my peers made it not completely worse. This is my honest opinion

My daughter went to Summit Oaks for detox and rehab. She was mocked and laughed at by the "caring and compassionate nursing staff" when she begged them to call a doctor to give her some comfort meds. She laid in her own vomit for 8 hours before finally being given a basin to throw up in. She was supposed to be there 21 days, I took her out after 4- sick, dehydrated, and traumatized, with no sign of caring from the staff. If you have a loved one in need of help, find somewhere else to take them!
