The staff are always professional and prompt. I have yet to have my order messed up here. The drive thru can have a long line during peak hours but I feel like it gets processed pretty quickly.

Great customer service with a smile. Everyone there seemed genuinely excited to work and loved their job which is refreshing when going to a fast food restaurant. I truly believe the Hopkinsville CFA is the best ever.

2022 update: Dining room is open. Play Place CLOSED (now employee lounge) Sign on entrance indicates ordering through the app is preferred over talking to a human. Still not a robot bringing food to table.😉 2021 review: Cost more, but it is worth it. CFA in Hopkinsville has kept their dining room closed during the pandemic. This has helped keep their crew and customers safe. Drive through and curb side service has been outstanding. Thank you CFA for keeping us full and healthy. 🥰

Yes they have a drive thru. Also they bring the food out to you. The service is absolutely excellent

They do not deliver. However, drive thru is fast, accurate and friendly.
Chick-fil-A restaurants are not gluten-free environments, but they have offered several gluten-free options for some time. The grilled chicken and chicken nuggets are prepared separately from the fried chicken. However some areas have added a gluten free bun.
