The website says there is free parking in the Evernia and Banyan garages .
Yes there are public restrooms in a building in the middle of the market. You can ask any of the vendors where that is.
Yes they sell lots of beautiful plants. They have a wide variety from indoor to outdoor to vegetable and herb plants.

It just opened two weeks ago, it's open Saturdays 9-1 (don't forget a mask!)

Copied and paste from someone else: Farmer's Market at Currie Park will be taking the place of the regularly scheduled West Palm Beach GreenMarket, which is cancelled due to the boat show. The Farmer’s Market will have familiar finds from the popular GreenMarket, with more than 50 of the same vendors setting up shop, including the addition of vendors from the weekly Antique and Flea Market and Northwood businesses. Currie Park sits on the West Palm Beach waterfront only minutes north of Clematis Street. The park offers guests plenty of open green space, a playground, tennis courts, a boat ramp into the Intracoastal Waterway, and a memorial to the late Reverend Doctor Martin Luther King, Jr. Parking for Currie Park is available along Flagler Drive, or market goers are encouraged to travel by way of the City’s free and fun trolley system, which has several stops near Currie Park on the Blue Line.

Not the Green Market, but Clematis by night is open tonight from 6pm to 9pm. Just read on wpb.org that the Green Market begins Saturday October 6th from 9am to 1pm & runs every Saturday through April.
I believe it is only Saturday and does not start until next month.

Allen goldfeder the market is open oct.-april only. It's an outdoor farmer's market that sells anything vegetable oriented you could want and there are plenty of bike racks down town or poles to lock up your bike. Hope this helps.
