Professional, kind and TALENTED!!! I’ve spent many quick sessions over at Wo’s while they have been altering my wedding dress within a 3 week time frame. They gave me an accurate cost estimate and helped me understand the alteration process as I went. They ordered bust cups for me when I could t find them anywhere locally. My dress fits so well now !!! They have been incredibly accommodating when I couldn’t make an appointment or was running late. The staff (mostly worked w Sheila) is so personable and I really feel like we connected. They reminded me of small tricks & tips as the bride too. They taught my maid of honor how to button up my dress and bustle. I can say I now I have my go-to tailor in NYC! Will post follow up dress after the wedding.

My suit jacket did not look that bad when I brought it in, and Wo's charged me $380 to tailor it, which seemed excessive. Also, the first alteration made the jacket look worse. But they ended up fixing it, and in time for my wedding, hence the three stars.

I had to have a simple black dress taken up a couple inches. The hemming was perfect & it looked like the dress was made that way. It was a quick turnaround as well! I brought the dress in Sunday and it was done by Tuesday! FYI payment is cash venmo or Zelle

Wo’s is THE place to go for tailoring on the Upper East Side. I’ve brought all my most difficult dresses there and not only do they tailor them beautifully, they are so kind!! I won’t go anywhere else and I highly recommend their business for the quality of their product and their excellent customer service.
