I spoke with someone from the store about 4:30 PM on Tuesday afternoon 05/24 inquiring about a black panther suit for the following day 05/25 The associate explained to me that the store was closed but will open back up at 5 PM. I was half an hour away from the store I got there maybe five minutes before 5 PM waited in my car knocked on the door and no one answered. Really I’m just upset that I wasted my time driving up here I also have to pick up my children from school just a big waste of my time .

Only if I can put zero star. Service was horrible, clown lady came half hour late then first thing she ask was to get paid, hours supposed to be from 5-7pm she came 5:40 talking about looking for parking when there was plenty. And only performed balloons and some face painting, no type of jokes was performed. And she decided to leave before 7pm 🤷🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️ We didn’t say nothing cause definitely is the last time we using their services. We tried to let them redeem themselves but it just got bad for them. $160 down the drain. No recommendations from us.
