I had a great review previously for what used to be a hidden gem of pizza. Pete is no longer there and they have gone off the deep end in quality and taste. For what was highly recommended is now a place to avoid for your taste buds. Only good as a low quality filler as if the restaurant you intended to go to was full of patrons. Sadly no longer worth your while as I have been going here reliably for almost a decade and these last 2 visits have disappointed. I don't ever redo a review unless something changed drastically as it did for the worst here.

It changed. I was working in town and could not wait to hit my favorite spot. First I noticed no one in there and the sub I called in was not ready and people were just talking. I finally got my sub and there was no sub dressing. That was my old favorite part. The tomato was cut soo big and it partgreen. Wont be back. What a shame.

Amazing Pizza and Wings! I placed a large order online and then needed to make some changes. The manager, Jay, was able to fix everything shortly before the delivery was to arrive. She is an incredible asset to Palm City Big Slice! Knows her stuff, is professional and has excellent customer service! Thank you to Jay and to her lead, Jamie, for taking such good care of our 100 person crew!

We have been ordering from Big Slice 1-2 times per week for the past 4ish years. Most of the time the pizza is delicious, staff is friendly and speedy. The last couple times things have been completely different. One of the pizzas looked like they baked the box into the pizza. It was completely destroyed. The last two times they have taken 2-3 hours to deliver during non prime times. When it was approaching 9pm and almost 3 hours past when we ordered the pizza I called to cancel. They were not willing to cancel or provide a refund. I spent a considerable amount of time sharing my concerns and they shrugged them off and said it is to be expected. The pizza was cold when it came and I threw it out. I consider that waste of money a small price to pay to learn a lesson to never order from them again. For now on I will use a delivery service and a different pizza chain that values its long term customers.
