It was Friday night 7:15 when I first called , I explain my situation that I just lose my job and had limited fund if we can work something out. Spoke with him on the phone was agreed for $80 to tow waited nearly 45 minutes for the person to show up. I tried to crank the car he said was the battery needed a jump He wanted to charge me $55 for the jump box I wasn't expect my car has other issues my car started up and than died . He charged me additional $5 to try to jump the battery again ??? Than charge me $80 for to tow it I didn't have an option . In the end I had no receipt for my service just another shady ripoff tow company , I needed the other money to put food on the table for my kids . I simply said in the beginning I lost my job . SHAME ON YOU . He said he is the owner of the company !
