If you're looking for an agency that would have your best interest at hand as a traveler. Look elsewhere. Our so called “travel agent” María José, failed to let us know that a traveler needed a certain visa to have a layover in a certain country. As well, she didn't reserve the plane seats for one of our flights. We had to remind her to do it. As a travel agent, I believe it's their jobs to ensure travelers are well informed before their trip on all fronts. Completely unprofessional and lack of communication. I have called her over and over and she does not answer. If you want to be stress free regarding your trip, PLEASE find another travel agency. We lost a flight for a passenger due to him not having the visa, $700 worth. Maria seemed to not care and literally shrugged it off. Completely disappointed and livid with this travel agency and agent. Definitely not booking again nor recommending.
