Food was cold and nasty. The burger tasted as though it had been sitting all day and the tots were hard and cold.. this was the 3rd time this has happened..

Food was good but had to wait over 20 minutes for my two burger order, onion rings and cherry slushie and then they had my order mixed in with someone elses.

I have been going to this Sonic randomly for the past 3 years, and not once has my order been correct. There was one instance where I asked them to correct the mistake twice, and it was still wrong. The fries are either stale or too salty. I had one instance where the person preparing my food wasn't wearing gloves. This time I ordered face to face, and my I order was still wrong. What I received was some burger on stale texas toast. The only things it has in common with my order was the meat and cheese. How can you look a customer in the face, take their order, and still mess it up?

Great food every time I eat there. For fast food, it is very good, but the desserts are what makes Sonic who they are. Tons of sweet treats to choose from.
