On top of the great ambience at planta, the service was amazing. Amira kindly took care of our large party and provided us with amazing service — very attentive and recommended us great drinks and dishes! The manager, Mike, was also very welcoming and also shared his personal favorites. Amazing hospitality, food, and team.. Definitely a memorable evening in my favorite restaurant!

Quick review for Sunday lunch: The good : The Food (4/5), which was very tasty. The bad : Service (2/5) Our waiter spoke so unclearly, that it was extremely hard to understand and made ordering very complicated. Also he did not know what an aperitif is, which is basic knowledge. At the end a different waiter left a treat on our table without a comment. Later our waiter was insisting three times (!) to add it to our check which seemed so petty when it clearly wasn’t my problem nor fault. You know when a waiter makes you feel welcome and provides for an enjoyable stay with his attitude and service? This waiter was not like that, he may have other qualities but not hospitality.

We ordered the FRENCHI pizza and it arrived raw, raw mushrooms, raw dough, we called to make the claim and they told us that the uber application should be responsible, however the order came from Plata and they did not give us any solution, they only apologized, they had to send a new order and the app will take care of the refund.
