I love this place, I've been a fan since they opened when I was in highschool. This is the only restaurant that's been able to survive in that plaza. There has been so many different restaurants there in the past, but Celia's is still there after all this time for a reason.

They do not deliver nor do they take phone orders and it is a cash only business.
