Normally don't have many issues during the breakfast hour (aside from being charged for the wrong meal at the first window), but I've had to close two credit cards today due to fraudulent charges that began populating with this McDonalds location being the only place the two credit cards had in common on recent transactions. Will not be going back for my own financial security.

Got screamed at by the drive thru employee because I, "looked at him funny". I was just trying to clarify that I had 2 orders in the same car and he slammed the window in my face. He kept trying to instigate like I offended him by just clarifying what was on my order. The food was fine and the lady at the second window was nice, but that guy had the worst service I've ever seen in my life.

The yellow-haired woman who has been serving today, entertained the breakfasts as angry. I think you NEED TRAINING and education-urgently. You are dealing with PEOPLE who are also clients and that is where your salary$$$ and that of others comes from. I did not attend well. On the other hand, so that THEY DON'T GET TANGLED with the orders, DON'T ATTEND THOSE THAT DON'T APPEAR ORDERED IN THE SYSTEM, because that MEANS THAT THE ONE WHO IS ORDERING AHEAD THE OTHER CUSTOMER AND THAT'S WHY THE ORDER DOESN'T APPEAR. JUST TELL THEM TO COME BACK AND THAT'S IT. POINT. THIS PLACE URGENTLY NEEDS A WELL TRAINED MANAGER TO TRAIN ITS STAFF TO TREAT CUSTOMERS WITH KINDNESS AND PATIENCE. Thank you!
