I gave this place a chance after a bad experience. To the point where I waited two months after my first bad experience to go back and give them another chance, but why did I do that? I have never seen a crew, so miserable, so lazy, and hate to be in work other than this place.. we all have bad days, but not every day. There’s never chicken there is never this there’s never that there’s always something out I mean what the hell. I promise myself I will never go back to this Pollo tropical ever, and you should do the same.

Churrasco tropi chop very poor little rice and 4 very small pieces of meat for the price they have.

It took also 30 mins from the order was place in the restaurant to the time it was ready. I've eaten at another location and I was in and out in less than 10mins. This location 10051, service needs to be fixed. I will not be going to this location again!
