I came in to get my Pixel 4A fixed as it wasn't charging. The guy working looked at it, pulled a nifty little gadget, cleaned the port and the problem was fixed! All within 4 minutes. He said - no charge. I gave him $10 for the trouble and left a happy customer!

Zach was polite and helped me clean out my charger port before spending $100+ on a new part. I almost bought a new phone today but thanks to Zach here at CPR it looks like my problem was only minor and fixable just by a charger port cleaning. Walked out of here not spending a dime!

I wouldn't give these people money. They are a terrible company. Best Buy or Amazon has chargers.
