Went it to southbridge CVS and all I can say is omg what a disaster the stores a mess and the young girl at. Front counter with pink hair is very rude and unprofessional it's a whole new atmosphere I did notice they have gone threw a store manager change and I don't know if that's why because the previous store manager was great and the store was outstanding as for the new store manager I've only seen him once when I went in for my prescription he looked very lost and slow I don't think I will be returning anytime soon soon to this cvs plus they never seem to have my items I need in stock

This CVS is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever worked with. They are rude. They never answer the phone. They call you to tell you your medication is ready and when you show up they tell you its gonna be another hour or two. Then when you wait the hour they tell you they don't have it in stock. This is not the only incident. I could go on for days about how awful this place is and the worse thing is they don't care. Save yourself the aggravation and go elsewhere.

I called first thing in the morning to make sure my prescription would be filled by 3 and ready for pick up. Waited 45 minutes in line to be told it wasn’t even processed. Either stop accepting new accounts or hire. I shouldn’t have to wait this long if I called 7 hours prior!
