I recently took my dad in to get his eyes checked and glasses updated. My dad has become very hard of hearing, Alexis was patient and made to sure to explain everything very clearly and loud enough for my dad to hear. The store was very clean, welcoming and affordable.

My puppy got hold of my eyeglasses this morning. She chewed the pieces off the bridge of my glasses. Stopped by to see if they could help. Fixed them and no charge.I was so appreciative for their kindness! Thank you so much

Very disappointed with the customer service of this business. Amanda and her manager was not knowledgeable and was unwilling to help me understand the cost of my eyeglasses. They gave up on me, and proceed to help another customer without finishing helping me. I was just left sitting there for a little bit before I decide to go to Westroads location, where Amber went above and beyond to help me. I would avoid the Papillon location, go to the Westroad location instead.
