They toke the stairs out from our building we have to go through the back every time we contact the office about when the stairs will be done we don’t get a straight answer. It’s been almost a year since the stairs was taken out we live in the third floor and have to go through the back of the building with groceries to get to our apartment

Not posting my real name so the leasing office can’t come for me. This place is a complete mess. The apartments and my neighbors are nice but NICK from the office is one of the most rude and hostile people I’ve come across. Always answers in such a know it all tone and is never genuine about helping with any issues. It’s almost like he hates his job but can’t quit? Lawn doesn’t get mowed in 900’s unless we call them. BUT THEY NEVER ANSWER. rent from this place if you want some thing nice and cheap but not if you want respect from the leasing office.
